Background

ABC has found by initiative BIM group of India BIM Association, Hong Kong Alliance of Built Asset & Environment Information Management Associations cum Hong Kong Chapter of building SMART International, building SMART Singapore Chapter, Taiwan BIM Alliance, Thai BIM Association, and Vietnam Association of Construction Economics.

Purpose

The Parties are endeavoring to reach a common objective of enhancing competencies in Digital Delivery Transformation within the Building and Infrastructure Industry in their respective countries, regions, and territories. As it has been determined to date, the Parties would also like to cooperate and collaborate on various initiatives and with varying degrees of involvement to
achieve the objective within these areas of expertise as follows:

  1. Digital Skillsets and Competencies of Workforce
  2. Digital Standardized Operational Processes and Workflows
  3. Digital Systems Interoperability and Integration
  4. Digital Standards to be adopted for implementation

ABC is to

  1. Coordinate, collaborate and exchange information for the purposes of mutual benefit, and the growth and development of digital ecosystem in Asia.
  2. Enhance the competencies in Digital Delivery Transformation within the Building and Infrastructure Industry.
