สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย

เป็นฝ่ายบริหารและฝ่ายจัดการดูแลอาคารชุดและหมู่บ้านจัดสรร ตามพระราชบัญญัติอาคารชุดปี 2551 เป็นการรวมกลุ่มระหว่างผู้จัดการอาคารชุดแห่งประเทศไทยทั่วประเทศและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องดูแลรักษาอาคารชุดและความปลอดภัยกับผู้พักอาศัยภายในอาคารและหมู่บ้านจัดสรรค

ภาระกิจหลักสมาคมวิชาชีพการบริหารทรัพยากรอาคาร

1. เผยแพร่ความรู้เพื่อสร้างเสริมศักยภาพในการทำงานให้กับสมาชิกและผู้ที่สนใจ
2. สร้างความรับรู้ที่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับวิชาชีพบริหารทรัพยากรอาคารต่อภาคธุรกิจและภาครัฐ 3. สร้างความตื่นตัวให้กับสังคมถึงความจำเป็นของวิชาชีพ
4. สร้างเครือข่ายของนักบริหารทรัพยากรอาคารทั้งในระดับส่วนตัวและระดับองค์กร 5. สร้างมาตรฐานวิชาชีพให้เป็นที่ยอมรับของสังคม
6. ผลักดันบทบาท, เพิ่มอำนาจต่อรองและโอกาสงานให้กับสมาชิก
7. ส่งเสริมให้ผู้ที่มีความสนใจได้ทำความเข้าใจกับการทำงานด้านนี้มากขึ้น

วัตถุประสงค์ ของสมาคมวิชาชีพการบริหารทรัพยากรอาคาร สมาคมเป็นศูนย์รวมของผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพการบริหารทรัพยากรอาคาร และผู้ที่มีความสนใจ ในวิชาชีพการบริหารทรัพยากรอาคาร มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้

1) มุ่งบำเพ็ญประโยชน์ในการสรรค์สร้างความเจริญและการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนของเมือง และสิ่งแวดล้อม ความเจริญงดงามทางสถาปัตยกรรม และสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมทั้งรักษาอารยธรรมของชาติ ในฐานะองค์กรทางวิชาชีพอิสระการบริหารงานทัพยากรอาคาร
2) เสริมสร้างความสมัครสมานสามัคคี ในหมู่มวลสามาชิก เพื่อดำรงไว้ซึ่งเกียรติและศักดิ์ศรี รวมทั้ง เสริมสร้างความเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกันในกิจกรรมที่เป็นประโยนช์ต่อการประกอบวิชาชีพของสมาชิกและต่อสังคม
3) ให้ความรู้ คำปรึกษาทางวิชาชีพ วิชาการ และสิทธิประโยชน์แก่สมาชิกและสังคม
4) สนับสนุน และเผยแพร่ การศึกษา ค้นคว้า การวิจัยและพัฒนา เพื่อความก้าวหน้าในการประกอบวิชาชีพการบริหารทรัพยากรอาคาร และทันกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามยุคสมัย
5) ให้ความร่วมมือกับบหน่วยงานของรัฐ องค์กรและสถาบัน ทั้งภายในประเทศและภายนอกประเทศเพื่อพัฒนาและเผยแพร่ บทบาท และหน้าที่ของผู้บริหารทรัพยากรอาคาร ให้วิชาชีพการบริหารทรัพยากรอาคารเป็นที่เชื่อถือ ศรัทธาของประชาชน
6) พัฒนาและติดตามการปฎิบัติตามพันธะกรณีว่าด้วยการให้บริการและจรรยาบรรณแห่งวิชาชีพการบริหารทรัพยากรอาคาร เพื่อประโยชน์ของสมาชิกและประชาชน
7) กำหนดกฏระเบียบและให้การรับรองมาตราฐาน เกี่ยวกับวิชาชีพการบริหารทรัพยากรอาคาร

Thai Generator Association

จากการที่วิศวกรรมสถานแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ได้แต่งตั้งคณะอนุกรรมการมาตรฐานเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าเมื่อวันที่ 30 เมษายน 2555 เพื่อจัดทำมาตรฐานออกแบบและติดตั้งเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้า ซึ่งใช้เวลาในการจัดทำมาตรฐานดังกล่าวเป็นเวลา 2 – 3 ปี คณะอนุกรรมการฯ มีการประชุมกันทุกเดือนทำให้มีความเห็นไปในแนวเดียวกันว่า ควรจะมีการจัดตั้งชมรมเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าขึ้นเพื่อเป็นศูนย์รวมของผู้ออกแบบ ผู้ควบคุมงาน ผู้ขาย ผู้ติดตั้ง รวมทั้งผู้ที่ทำงานเกี่ยวข้องกับระบบเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าและผู้สนใจทั่วไป เพื่อพัฒนาอาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าทั้งทางด้านกฎหมาย มาตรฐาน ประสบการณ์ เทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ และอื่นๆ จึงได้มีการประชุมเพื่อจัดตั้งชมรมฯ เมื่อวันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2557 โดยเชิญตัวแทนจากบริษัทผู้ขาย ผู้ออกแบบ ผู้ควบคุมงาน นักวิชาการ จากมหาวิทยาลัยมาร่วมประชุมที่ห้องประชุมสมาคมผู้ตรวจสอบและบริหารความปลอดภัยอาคาร ชั้น 3 อาคาร วสท. มีมติให้ตั้งเป็นชมรมเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้า โดยมี นายธวัช มีชัย เป็นประธานชมรมฯ ต่อมาชมรมได้ปรับเปลี่ยนยกระดับเป็นสมาคมเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าไทย เมื่อวันที่ 7 กรกฎาคม 2558 โดยมีนายธวัช มีชัย เป็นผู้ก่อตั้งและดำรงตำแหน่งนายกสมาคมฯ สมัยแรก (พ.ศ.2558 – พ.ศ.2561) โดยมีผู้ทำงานเกี่ยวข้องกับระบบเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าและผู้สนใจเป็นสมาชิก โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ

  1. เพื่อส่งเสริมวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าให้เป็นที่ยอมรับอย่างแพร่หลายทั่วประเทศ
  2. เพื่อเป็นศูนย์กลางในการแลกเปลี่ยนและเผยแพร่เทคโนโลยีระบบเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
  3. เพื่อเป็นศูนย์กลางในการดำเนินกิจกรรมมาตรฐานด้านระบบเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้า
  4. เพื่อเป็นศูนย์กลางรณรงค์ การส่งเสริมความรู้ ด้านความปลอดภัยในระบบเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าแก่บรรดาเครือข่ายและสมาชิกทั่วประเทศ
