Company Description: VT Innovative Alliances Co., Ltd. (VTIA) was established on January 15, 2016, by experts in civil engineering, materials science, and industrial engineering with over 30 years of experience. The company is committed to advancing the construction industry through the development and production of innovative construction materials and aims to be a leader in construction material innovation in Thailand.

Currently, the company operates a factory producing LAY&GO WALL SOLUTION located in Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province.

Product Highlight:
1. LAY&GO blocks are Cellular Lightweight Concrete (CLC) blocks, which are ideal for the hot climate in Thailand. They are produced from sand and cement, using a special foaming agent that enhances performance without environmental impact. These blocks are lightweight with a rough surface, making them suitable for plastering and easy to work with, reducing labor costs. They can be plastered with regular cement, are strong and durable, and can be used for constructing bathrooms without concerns about mold or water-related cracks.

CLC blocks offer excellent sound and thermal insulation, helping to reduce air conditioning costs. They address issues related to wall cracking due to temperature differences between inside and outside, as CLC has high density and low flexibility. Choosing CLC bricks ensures a reliable solution with quality and cost-effectiveness.

2. Lintel and column beams are crucial components of wall systems, responsible for bearing loads and forces acting on the walls. There are two main methods for installing lintels and column beams:

Casting on-site using formwork: This method involves constructing wooden forms on-site, which can delay the construction process as the concrete must cure before proceeding with wall construction.

Precast beams: This approach involves casting beams in a factory and then installing them on-site. While this method is faster, it requires skilled labor and is not adaptable to all sizes due to the inability to cut beams to the required dimensions.

LAY&GO key blocks address these issues effectively. They streamline the construction process by eliminating the need to wait for concrete curing and the time required to set up formwork for lintels and column beams. The blocks offer flexibility as they can be cut to the desired size on-site. Once installed, reinforcement steel can be added, and concrete can be poured, ensuring durability and strength in accordance with standards.
