1.concrete spreader and control system：The spiral distributor is used to distribute concrete into the concrete component mold. It is composedof a set of traveling support, a set of cart traveling mechanism, a set of trolley traveling mechanism, a set of cloth hopper, a set of weighing device, a set of lifting mechanism, a set of screw feeding mechanism, a set of mixing mechanism, a set of hydraulic door opening system, a set of cleaning device and a set of electrical control system.

2.vibrating table and control system：Low noise vibration platform is composed of a vibrating platform with a long beam mechanism, a hydraulic locking system and an electrical control system. Each group of vibrating tables includes two sets of support frames, two sets of hydraulic locking devices and buffer devices. Each vibrating beam includes 4 vibrating motors. After the spiral spreader completes the spreading work, it is used to vibrate and compact the concrete in the mold.

3.Concrete surface trowelling helicopter machine：The trowelling helicopter is used for the production line of PC components. It is an auxiliary device for the PC line. The trowel helicopter is used for trowelling the concrete surface of the wall panel elements , which can make the surface of the component smooth and flat.
