Product 1 Nylon Sleeve
Silicone Coated Fiberglass Hose Fire Sleeve is made of high-quality fiberglass and coated with organic high-temperature resistant silicone after high-temperature treatment. It can withstand continuous exposure to 260℃ (500℉) and molten splash up to 1650℃ (3000℉).
Product 2 Velcro fire sleeve
XM Silicone Coated basalt sleeve is specialized in protecting wires, cables, hoses, oil lines from extreme heat conditions and electric insulation performance in a flexible way, which are widely used in iron metallurgy industry, industrial furnaces, aerospace, nuclear power, etc. The braided basalt products are the ultimate options for extreme heat conditions which is also easy to install and cut and will provide years of abrasion protection.
Good thermal insulation and fire resistant performance make XM basalt fiber fire sleeve withstand continuous exposure to 800℃（1472℉), providing a 540℃（1132℉) increase in temperature protection over fiberglass products.
Product 3 XM fire sleeve
XM fire sleeve with velcro provides the same protection against extreme heat conditions and occasional direct flames as XM Fire sleeve. Its flexible closure system allows for installation without the need to remove and reconnect fittings and terminations. The reusable closure additionally allows for easy repair, minimizing labor and costly downtime.
XM fire sleeve with velcro is highly resistant to hydraulic fluids, lubricating oils, and fuels. The dense braided fiberglass interior insulates against energy loss in piping and hosing, while the high density silicone coating protects personnel from accidental injury.
